Personality: As can be expected for Lucifer, The Devil, the fallen Morningstar, he so loves engaging in carnal sins, often taking several partners to bed in a night. He also enjoys punishing evil and giving them their just desserts. However, much of what is believed about him has been misinterpreted through the ages. It's true that he was banished to Hell, but to rule it and make certain that sinners were punished according to their crimes (secret: in his canon, humans actually send themselves to Hell with their guilt). He doesn't have a habit of lying, nor tempting or causing mortals to do sin or evil (as he said himself, he honestly has much better things to do than sit on someone's shoulder and whispering temptations to them).

This misconception is what angers him most about humans, and his Father for permitting it, to have him be vilified as the Ultimate Evil throughout human history, when he really just rules Hell because he has to, and it's his job to punish the wicked. To be blamed for everything, to be an eternal scapegoat? He was so fed up with it that he eventually escaped Hell and spent the last few years on Earth as a vacation, wanting a new life for himself. And to say that he doesn't get along with his Dad, such would be a very major understatement. So him living among humans and helping them, it can also be viewed as another rebellion against his Dad.

Powers: Due to his angel physiology, he has superior strength speed, reflexes, stamina (which is very useful in sex, thank you), perception, etc. He is also immortal and does not age. Due to being the first angel created, this means he also has extensive knowledge of human history and cultures, as well as intricacies of both Heaven and Hell.

He can also change form- either to reveal his wings (which can heal any injury), maintain his 'human' persona, or reveal his 'devil face' -- whether he shows just the red glowing eyes, or the entire horrific visage, which often sends most humans into fright. His primary angelic power is desire, he is able to get people to suddenly confess their most private, deepest desires. He also has a certain aura that he can use when he chooses too, causing lower inhibitions in those around him, as well as acting out their strongest instincts or desires.

Weaknesses: He can be harmed or killed by angels, God, as well as by and demon-killing weapons. He is, however, invulnerable against any human type of danger... unless Chloe Decker is near him.
